Death

We have not adjusted to death. After millenia of our loved ones dying, we still are taken off guard by it, hurt. Why? We've got our entire lives to prepare for it. We just don't. I'll tell you why. We, as a world, are not meant for death. We are meant to live forever. I know you'll think I'm insane, unless you're a Christian. I believe that our souls are eternal, and that our bodies were originally meant to live forever, and later corrupted. That's why we've never become used to it.

I don't think that it runs that deep, mike. I think it's just tha, we never prepare ourselves for death because we think "O that will just happen to someone else."
Like getting robbed, or that big math test that's happening today. O krap, gotta go.
